Thanks for the vote of confidence, Dragan! Go way back to having initially set up your first 7"ES machine. Now, imagine going into someone else's home to assume some responsibility over a major investment they've just made. Are you feeling cautious? Wink That said, I'm sure Curt will communicate with her (and me) such that a blind chimp could do it.

It's called being cocky. What you described is exactly what I did my first time out. Laughing

It is nerve racking at first. I replaced the bellows and glycol for a local Marquee owner and then had to go back and put it
all together and then I calibrated it with my i1 Pro and calman. He was super impressed after I was done. Felt really good once you see and here the customer say "WOW its the best I have ever seen this set up".

TV/Projector: ECP 4500 (Vidikron box), ECP4500+, wanting 07MS/07MTS, evaluating pc soft-blend

I often tell people I think an engineer's training ultimately makes him/her arrogant enough to think they can solve anything. When interviewing for my first job, Trek bikes rejected me for a job (that technically) I would have been perfect for. When I pressed for feedback about why I didn't get an offer, they hesitated, but said the consensus was that I was "too cocky". In retrospec, I was probably was a total ass.

Of course, we all learn quickly from life experience how hard problems can be and (in a Rumsfeld-ian way) to be wary of the unknowns and the unknown unknowns. So, nowadays I start with humility and just know steady, internal confidence and patience will see me through. Seeing the depth of knowledge and experience so many of you have here is really something, it really is.

Nerve wracking and exciting...like a high-school date, is there a "first, second, and third-base" of CRT installs!?

Ahah -- I goofed in short term memory on Athanasios' post and PM'd SPANKY and not you Paul (sparky)! Anyway, I'm PMing you now, Paul. Looks like me doing this -- hopefully with your help -- is a done deal IF the client is willing to go forward.

Thanks Matt, got your PM. Happy to assist where I can. I know Marquees fairly well, but I have not seen or touched a DWIN, but sounds like it's straight forward. Should be fun!
