Hello,

I think I have a problem with the focus on my green tube.

My Sony 1292 projector has been running now for 2 years and I decided to do
a re-setup / calibration after installing the antistreaking chip, which by
the way works perfectly.

With the lenses focused I have been running the internal dot pattern. I have
been electronically defocusing green and then red and blue. By doing so I
discovered that when I electronically defocus green the defocused center dot
of green is much bigger (two times as big) as the defocused red center dot.

When I have both green and red electronically focused again, the focused
green dot still is slightly bigger than the focused red dot. It seems as if
red is focusing generally much better than green over the entire screen.

Is this normal? If not what can I do to improve the focus on green?

Red is just a sharper Phosphor from my own observations.

I have that issue with blue. Nash is right about red though.
