I Dont see the adquisition of other remote as a posibility now, 100 is a lot for my actual budget, and shipping will be an other issue.
I will try to contact the previous owner to see if he has it.

Just called the Previous Owner, he had no idea of the existance of other remote, He told me that his dad, only used a screen very very close to the projector, because that was the only distance he managed to make it look "right"
So I`m assuming all the setings are set to have a screen close to it ..... Not so good news to me !
Also, I Found the Manuals for this equipment, they are for sale, 6us each, but They sell "Operator" and TechTraining" What should i get?

THE throw is 1.2 X the width of the screen for these I believe. You can set it up for approx 6' wide to 12' wide image, I'd stick to 6-7' wide. Sounds like the last owner didn't have it set up properly, and just used it the way it came from the owner before that.

Yes I think no one knew how to use it but the first owner ehehhe
Ok, I've been playing around with the screws on the lenses, and i managed to get a clear picture, but only on the middle, Is there a way to adjust the shape of the screen with any screws some where? I could live with the letters backwards .... but It's impossible to view the upper and lower areas of the screen.

No, you need to do convergence, with the remote. You're as good as you're going to get right now, but reverse the image with the yoke connectors.

I was looking around in the forums, and i've found this thread

Rogers did what i did, Switched the Jumpers and now everything looks backwards and the screen Warped on the edges.
What are the YOKE connectors ?
Is there a howto on the forum? I've searched "Yoke" but it gave me tooooo many results !!

Ok .... so after reading at the post of the guy that had the same issue as I did .... I asked to the hamster that lives in my head and pretends to be a smart brain .... DUDE If it looks good as a celing mout ..... MAKE IT A CELING MOUNT ....
So I flipped back the DARN Jumpers, and now ... Picture is CRYSTAL CLEAR 
I just need to find a way to install it somewhere ...... But Now it Works

Good call. Yes, the keystone and pin and other adjustments will fall into place when set back to how the set was originally installed.
There are 4 threaded inserts just forward of midpoint. That's where the mounting bracket screws in, and that's where you should hang the projector from.
