Forget the money side of things for a moment. How much space have you guys got my one Barco takes up a heck of a lot of room. Where do you put 2 or 3 of these monsters?

I used to have the ones I wasn't using stacked in a corner, one on the ceiling and one that I was working on right below that on a cart.... Rolling Eyes

1 Marquee 9000LC hybrid (the "hybrid" part means a mix of 9000, 9500, ultra & MP modded boards). Some day (hopefully) it'll all be put together.

I own a NEC 9PG+ which quickly replaced my sony 1252.

Now I'm searching for a cheap 9" machine. I'm hoping that will end the crazy need to update!

Cheers!

Now that I have switched from Sony to Barco, how do I change the vote I made before?

You're being too hard on yourself, Cliff. Besides, dieting and exercise can help with that. Very Happy

OTOH, your stack should definitely count as 2 votes.

I am surprised at the number of owners with 3 or more pjs. I have an 808, a 1209S and a 1209, acquired in that order. Each new pj cost half as much as the previous.

I have 2 Sony G70s, one is a backup. I have another for parts, I have a Sony 1272, and a Sony 1270. Going to try to sell off the 1270 and 1272, but I seem to never get around to it.

Some of the new guys need to jump in. There's a lot of new NEC owners out there.

I only have my NEC 9PG+ and I like it just fine. If I should happen upon a cheap 909 or a 9500lc then I might have to upgrade...

I had a D50, nice small projector. My girlfriend is miss-using it to watch Sex in the City movie tonight. Great 480P picture. Never did get a chance to run 1080i before I gave it to her.

I gues one of these days I'll get it dialed in better, but for now it will have to do as it is.

The Sony's are a snap. My first SONY took me 8-9 hours because I didn't know what I was doing. Now I can have a nice picture in 30-45 minutes. Just takes practice. Also make sure the projector is warmed up before you tweak it.
