If you look at the numbers on the tubes are they all the same ? Also Curt is correct as he can fix it but send him the boards he requires.

You started with one problem that has turned into possibly many...

Hi Tom,

The numbers on the tubes are as follows:

P16LXV03RJA (red)
P16LXV03BMB (blue)
PT18-244GD (green)

They were all fitted with identical (at least I think so..) 120 MHz neckboards and prior to me taking the retro chassis apart.... I was able to see a 1080p movie (just to check I had a working PJ, I did not do a setup at that time). Particularly the green image was so sharp that with a screen width of roughly 2.4 meters with 1080 scan lines I could still easily see the individual scan lines.
That is quite different from my trusty old Sony 1251QM.
Do you have any idea what kind of tube a P18-244GD is?
The retro was pulled from a 3D VR system.
It has a different (bigger) lens than is fitted on the red and blue tubes.
