I have no doubt that some meathead will actually try a multiple blend, just to say they did so. Yo, six times the fun.
I wonder what the power requirement would be for all the projectors AND support equipment required to try it?
If I was to do it with AmPro's, the total watt requirement just for the projectors woulf be 4,200 watts.

Keep it up and you'll need your own power sub-station
However the arguement still stands. You will still be limited to somewhere around 1080 lines. If the eventual new standard doubles that then you'll be blending top and bottom along with side to side and the s to s will probably be three wide.
The cost of the support equipment will be staggering to say the least.
We'll have to sign you up for the government cheese cause you'll be broke paying the electrical bill while you're out of work doing a monthly projector tweak that takes three weeks

I may have more projectors than you, but as of this post, I'm definitely not the sickest puppy on this forum.

Check the 22uf cap on the -85 rail . Might have shorted to ground.
Dennis, I just put some 100uf 160 v low impedance nichicons on a local guys 9500LC. He likes to run a high contrast. The stock 22uf caps that are light blue in color on his were green from the heat!!! It looked good from the half hour of viewing I had but he e-mailed me this weekend and said he feels like he has a new PJ after all the new bellows and glycol and a few cap up grades and rubber fan mounts.
I'm trying to find a cheap HDQ for him, he has a leeza now and I think it is not a good as the Lumagen, lots of ringing.
But I hope you figure this out andre.

wow, amazing.
i just looked at my caps i have in a suitcase and i have lots of them but the 100uf 160v fm series i have only 1 left.
i will be ordering those too in a short while and test them.
i run my contrast at 60, 70 or 75 looks great, the image then really pops of the screen but i then feel like i am burning my tubes real hard.
