AR, did your Canon come with software to do this? I know Photoshop does this (at least as far back as v4), which is how I did it. If not try Raw Therapee.

I use the Canon software, Digital Photo Professional (DPP), but if you're in a pinch, freeware from http://irfanview.com can handle the .CR2 files and can do batch jobs too.

I use PhaseOne (http://www.phaseone.com/). I like how easy it is to quickly run through a bunch of RAWs.

Picasa 3 works also and it's free.

This is my main browser for RAW files.

It will edits and convert if you wish.
