Greetings everyone. I am 16 and learning so be patient please. I am trying to work on this 42pc3d LG Plasma. When I opened it up, I seen that the power board needed some caps changed & one fuse on the ysus. I have changed them the right direction and all. I now get the 60 and 190 volts from the power supply at the vs and va. When I turn on the set it blinks green 3 times then goes red. When I take out the on fuse on the ysus it turns green and stays that way. There is no picture though. This leads me to believe that it is in the ysus. Looking at the board I cannot see any bad places on it. How do I diagnose this board? Sorry if this question has been asked before.

You don't. You go on eBay and find a good used board to replace it. These boards have no schematics available, so that's what I've been doing. The one board I tried repairing blew up in my face.
