I agree with Perisoft. The 909 is certainly big - it's way long - but, it's narrower and shorter - more slender... The Marquee is a little smaller in total volume (only 10%!), but because of the form factor it's big and boxy... Visually, the 909 does look smaller (even though it's not).

to give people an idea of the kind of "smaller" we are talking about here 
and that's just a Barco 808s, a 909 is wider and deeper.
Cine9/Reality 909 is 26.8" wide, 44.5" deep, and height is 15". Weight is 187 lbs.
Barco 808s is just 23.2" wide, 42.4" deep, and height is 14.2". Weight is 148 lbs.

What the F, how is that smaller and more petite than a Marquee? That thing has to be a 1/3'rd longer. It may be thinner, and I guess if you have a hush box, it may appear to be smaller since you could probably hide some of the length, but straight up, side by side there is no flipping way that is more petite. I'm throwing the BS flag!

those Barcos look much more elegant than even the pininfarina cases for the marquees.
The CineMax in medium/dark blue with a gold CineMax logo looks totally sexy. But it is absolutely not small
I saw it on a table-top setup once, and it was HUGE, but one thing was very nice about it: it was really quiet.

Yeah, no argument there. I like the look of the Barco, even over the pininfarina case on the Marquee. Jet black looks good. I'm painting my Marquee case. "I scream I'm a data projector" grey isn't cutting it. Although Black is what I prefer, we are keeping our ceiling a tan-ish color, so a blank tank on my ceiling may stand out a bit more than my wife will allow it to.

Data projector? No way. Flight Simulator industrial grade. 
I fib a little, embellish if you will. I tell everyone that my 9500 is out of the Johnson Space Center Flight Simulators. I believe the 9500's were used by them, and mine could be one. I have no way to disprove that, so maybe I'm not Fibbing.
Does that do Blu-ray?
Hell, Blu-ray And beyond, is my answer.

The funny thing is, as big as that 808 looks next to the cute kid, a Marquee is actually about 10% LARGER in terms of overall volume! The Barco is way longer, but the Marquee is both wider and taller.
None of the CRT projectors we use are "petite". Perception - it's a funny thing.

Unfortunately CRT embellishments don't work too well in my fam. My brother-in-law works for Lockheed Martin where they build fight simulators. They only use Barcos. On my friends, absolutely!

That is a sweet ride. Roll cage and hydraulics, and the fork spreader for ease of relocation.
