wow! there are other sick people out there. keeping them pointed on the little critters would be a challenge.

I mentioned long ago what I use, which is roughly equivalent of the Phelp's formula. For me the secret has always been pure water.

Darinp2 said that he has used some product that you spray on the lens and peel off once it solidifies.

Ok the reason they are scraped is. these came from a batch of projectors I bought that were delivered loose in the back of a box van. each one had damage where they had collided into each other.
In the Uk we can recycle all the dead circuit boards and metal. but I have yet to find any where that will take the lenses and plastic cases other than land fill.
I'm waiting to get a decent load before I take it to the dump.
