mine cam from a multi setup near bonn (germany). that much is clear now because of the tanorama casing p43 phosfor and the added black box for extended geometry settings on the fgm.
nashou will you ship glycol too because my glycol is contaminated.
you told me it was mildew growing in it.
if anyone is still interested in the part no from the p43 its pt22-19 (green tube).

The pivot pins have threads, it is a "english" size, i think the same as the lens screws,
(maybe?) you can use a screw to help pull out the pins...

Hello
A steel screw can go into the pin and a claw hammer should extract it with minimal effort.

i will go with the claw hammer approach.
getting those tiny bolts back when i get my bellows from nashou is a real pita with so little space.
tx for the input.

When installing new bellows you dont need to remove that part. just cut the existing bellow with i sharp blade making sure to stay away from the C-element. Un bolt the top and bottom retaining plates before cutting, and the entire front of the LC chamber with bellow and C-element comes off, now you can get to the small allen screws holding the bellow in place.
Take of the center ring now on the C-element and push it out from the back side while not scratching the c-element.
Then just scrape away all the RTv if it was used or the old stuck on Bellow pieces. If no RTV was used it comes off real easy.
The factory does not use any. I dont either and have not had a leak. I also had them make the new bellow sealing ridges have more compression so you would not need RTV. Even Though this means less Future Bellow sales for me since removal for flushing glycol or changing a tube wont rip the bellow as it does if you had to use RTV.
I wanted install to be as easy as possible and not needing RTV really helps those of us who do not have a steady hand and can get RTV all over the C-Element.

I can confirm what Athan says; about one month ago I installed 3 new bellows with no RTV. Had no leak, no problem at all: very easy
Cheers

dont i need to put a little rtv in the screwholes, in the thread from dragan he uses rtv on the tubehousing but not on the bellow.
is marquee the only pj with this problem of leaking bellows and if so they can call themselves lucky that nashou went to so much trouble having them remade.

I also Had Apple Rubber make the holes a bit smaller so they have a tighter fit. there should be no need for any rtv
but if your skeptical go ahead and use it, it just makes removal hard or you will need to cut it out and order more.
And thanks again for your comments and purchase.

I have 600 hours on GOZER since installing the NASHOU Bellows. I used no RTV and I have no leaks. So It's not necessary, but if you want to use it it won't hurt anything.
