OK, I've run into a little snag. The splitter works well but in it's specs it says "EDID durration 4 seconds". I'm not having any issues sending the signal to the flatscreen but no signal to the projector. I think the issue is the 7 second delay I have with the 1X4 monoprice switcher I have in line. The switcher has two inputs (BD and STB) and one output that feeds a HD Fury. So I think I'm timing out on the switching and the output from the splitter is shutting off. I think I will need a second HD Fury or send the 1080I from the STB via component to RGB adapter. I'm not even sure if the Motorola QIP 6416-2 will send HD over component. It will be passing through a NEC switcher. Did NEC ever have a component input?
