The amazing thing is that according one of his posts on another forum, André is considerably smaller than a 1292. So guess he must be petit and though.

That's right, a 1292 is 92kg's, that's 30kg's more then me, myself and I Shocked
The trick is smart working, I let them slide out of my car and I moved them on 4 wheels Wink
I got help when they were put in the car, but the work was still done with only 2 people and we had to move both of them up the stairs.
My current 1292 was lifted to the ceiling without any help.

André

That was a special case. A sports bar about an hour away replaced their CRTs with digitals, and the owner had them sitting in his garage. Curt and I worked a deal: he bid on the lot (ebay), then I picked them up and shipped them to him. For doing the heavy lifting I got first pick. Smile I had that projector for a year or two before some issues with it (probably messed up internal pots) frustrated me and I started fooling with other projectors: an 8500, a Dwin HD700, the 8500 again, a G70, and the 8500 a third time. Very Happy
