Title says it all. I never thought they would all fit, but after some serious packing and five hours of driving I got everything home safe and sound.

So what does it feel like to be driving around with a cargo that was well more than 10 times more expensive than the car they're in?
And, what's the story here? Are they good, problem free low hours G90s or are they going to need tubes, love, or both?
And where did you get two G90s at once????

Yeah, all the machines were Doc's.
One of the G90's is in good mechanical and tube shape. Doc sold that one to another of my clients who will pick it up soon.
The G90 with no lenses in the photo is a parts machine minus a YA board.
The NEC was just taking up space at Doc's place so I am giving that projector to a friend of mine.
I had about 650 lbs of projectors in the car plus mounts and other junk. My poor Subaru was ridding very low the entire way home.
Now I have to get them out of the car

Pfeh. ONLY three projectors?? I moved FIVE XG's in my Saab, with lots of room left over. And the front seat was empty!

Yeah, I know they're bigger. The XGs are 32 x 24 x 12.8, the G90 is 42 x 29 5/8 x 15 1/4. So they're about 10" longer, 5" wider, and 3" taller. I probably couldn't have jammed 5 G90's in there.

How cute... they are so tiny. I could have gotten at least seven of those in my Subaru
LOL

Once upon a time we used to see how many people would fit in a phone box (that dates me) or a mini. Is this a new version of that!!

I'll throw in 2 1292's
I've moved them in my home without any help and there's still no pain
So now I own 3 1292's with pristine tubes and 2 with HD10 lenses for curved screens

André - your back is a lot stronger than mine. It was all I could do to move a 1271 around in my basement... Without even lifting it much - more like just moving it around. I can't even COMPREHEND moving a 1292 by myself. Did you take the lenses off? You must be a big dude!
Jeremy... I saw this photo:
And all I could think about was that awesome 80's American craftsmanship on the driver's door.

Does the 1271 have decent handles? The G70 has good handles and I schlepped mine around without any trouble. It's 182lbs, only 20lbs less than a 1292.
The 8500 weighs as much as a 1271, about 140lbs, but the @#$# thing doesn't have any handles. You have to rope it up like an ornery steer to throw it around...

Hey that's a mighty fine drivers door. It's been hit about 7 times from the dent's that came with it and the top door hinge was partially ripped off too. That was a $100 fix on it.
The drivers door on my other one is strait and true. Though I'm not sure if I have a picture of that one.
I'll swap them in the spring if I have time.
BTW the car only has a 5 digit odometer so I can't know the true millage but I'd bet it's been around the block at least 4 times.
I rolled the odo over in October. Therefore it's a new car again
