I don't know what is wrong with this thing. I have had it for a year with no problems but lately its bean one thing after the other. My latest problem is that the lights in the lens seem to flicker on and off and sometimes it will just cut off. At first it was just the red now it is all of them. The blue one is on today and the red one is on as well but very dim. The green is blank except for some static green lines that run across it when the projector locks on a image. sometimes if I move the projector all the lights come back on and everything is fine. Then if I bump it it will go out again. Could this be a short of some kind? There is a picture in there, it seems the lights just are not working. There is not much burn in on the tubes at all so I don't see how they would fail. The projector has not been used that often. Any ideas? Thanks

If you bump anything and it starts to work, you ahve a bad connection somewhere. (usually).
When the tube(s) go out, do the menus or test patterns work on that tube? that will narrow down things.

Yea, the test pattern works and text still flash on the screen if there is no input. As of today the blue and red lights are on. They both display a image but the red one is a bit dimmer. The green light will not display anything at all. However it will display text and it lights up when scan lines appear. It was working last night but now will not.

It sounds like the system board is bad. LEt me know if you want to pull it and send it in. I can either repair it, or chances are good I have a spare if I can't.

I hope that is all it is. Its strange, the green light is completely off. Only green lines can be seen so I hoping that means the tube still works. The blue one seems to be fine and the red one is dim. What part would I have to send you, where is it located and how much would that run me? If I get it of two you this week how long would it take to fix? Whats the turn around/ My only fear is that it is something else, crossing my fingers. O and by the way its not storing its settings again. I might as well send that part out to you as well. Just tell me what I have to do.
