I have a G70 with DVDO VP30 and HDFury1, When i put a blue ray STAR TREK TOS in SONY S300 the picture is
in the center of the screen is 4:3 but only 70-80'' my screen is 120'' why not fill the screen?

Sounds like the disc is encoded in 1.78:1, or 16:9 and the 4:3 is pillar-boxed inside this AR.

Edit- What aspect ratio is your screen?

Yes you have right! the MediaInfo show me that is aspec ratio 16:9!
Why do this fullish in the STAR TREK THE ORIGINAL SERIES? anyway thank you my friend!

They did this to leave the show as it was filmed for TV in the 60's. 4X3 was all there was. It is being presented as it was shot. It would have to have been anamorphic-ly stretched to fill a modern 16x9 screen, and would look,wrong IMHO.
