Sorry,. I don't post late model set s/manuals on the site yet. Since I make my living repairing boards, I feel it takes business away from me if I post the later manuals here.

Are any of the red LEDs on on the deflection board?

Check to make sure you didn't plug a yoke connector 1 pin off. I've done that lots of times.

I've tripple checked all my connections and they are properly connected. I think my smsp is faulty. When I power it back on, you can hear a soft repeated tick noise right after the +HTHD led goes off.

Was everything working OK before the tube swap ?

Also did you install new or used CRTs.

Hey Tom. Yes, it was working perfectly fine. I've replaced the tubes the tubes with working used ones, I bought from Ebay some time ago.

Did you swap back in the known good working tubes you took out to eliminate the possibility that those ebay tubes were perhaps different than they were described as being ?

It is rare, but the occasional ebay seller will offer assurances on products that they really have no clue about...

Yes, I have and the problem persist. I've gone through all the connections today and can't think of anything or way I could have caused it to fail. I guess I'm gona have to find a smps replacement to narrow the problem down.
