Hello,
I've got a little focus problem with my BD808.
The focus is pretty well in the middle and the left side but very ugly on the right side.
Already did astig and adjusted the focus coils. what else can i do ?

Look directly into the lenses with sunglasses on. Are the tube faces out of focus, or are they OK? If they are OK, I'll bet you have the wrong series of spacers behind the lenses.

no also the tube face are out of foucs on the right side
