Maybe i just dont get it.... but i dont get Tina Fey.
I have tried, really tried to understand what folks find so funny about her... i thought she was the weakest link on SNL. I cant get thru more than 2 minutes of "Baby Mama".
Yet again the media is falling all over itself to heap more praise on her. Last night she won another emmy for her show 30 rock. I have never seen a minute, and dont think i know anyone who has....
Is it me???
I get the same thing from the last "flavor of the month" Sara Silverman.

Hate Silverman...love Tina Fey. Don't know how to explain why you think something is funny. I love 30 Rock.

I don't watch much network TV so I don't see 30 Rock much, but the little I've seen looked pretty funny. As for the suggestion that the Palin impersonation single-handedly made her popular, that's really over-stating the situation. 30 Rock and her success on SNL predated the Palin impersonation by months and years, but the Palin bit certainly rocketed her up the popularity charts.
I REALLY didn't like Sara Silverman. "Overrated" and not that talented would be putting it mildly.

I borrowed the first season of 30 rock and I found it hilarious. It was the easy way to understand the whole show by going back to the beginnings.
Alex Baldwin's character I think is the best.
