It sounds like the judge is trying to help you. Reason I say this is if your really going to go after professional lawyer you better have all your ducks in a row. Going into something like this unprepared and without legal counsel could easilly see the whole thing turned around against you. The legal system is a game, and lawyers play that game every day. Going against one of them, with even a single hole in your case, could easilly see the tables turned against you with a counter-suit for slander and damages. Proceed with caution and get all the pro legal advice you can

I understand that, now that I'm calmed down. It completely goes against common sense though. I don't tell you to make another appointment so that I can calibrate your projector if I come to your home to service it because it's dead, right? So why not hear my side of the story, especially when it's the same part of the same case that's been dragging on for 2 years?

I mean, this is a case simply surrounded in facts, not theories as in a criminal case? What a waste of taxpayer's time and money.

I most likely will post the complete facts here once it's all said and done, as it might help others in the same situation. I used to be embarrassed about it, but no longer.
