Hi all. I am using a Moome card with my Marquee 8500. I am having a problem with displaying widescreen movies through it. I'm using a PS3 for a player. It is chopping off some of the picture on both ends. I have tried changing my display settings on the PS3 and on the PJ. Even when I reduce my picture size and remove all blanking I am still losing picture on both ends. Is there an adjustment for this on the Moome card? I don't have any paperwork with it explaining how to make adjustments. Thanks in advance.

No, not on the Moome card.

You can change your Marquee to short retrace, go to pic retrace find long click on it to change it to short. But be forewarned it will cause raster ringing.

No I don't want to do that if it will be that annoying a buzz. I guess I will have to put up with picture cut off.

Not a noise at all. It's a slight wavy line[s] on the left side of the sreen if ceiling mounted. It's not to noticeable unless you really concentrate you eyes there.
