COOL! ( sorry I had to ) What was you final cost and which model did you go with? Also is it 125 or 220 volt?

I got the Panny 8800 Btu split model. Price came to $2100 CDN taxes and labour. I believe the unit is 110v. I got $150 worth of coupons with the purchase.

The installer was very professional and efficient. He even offered to install a dedicated circuit for my HT at a discount after seeing my setup.

We chatted abit afterwards but i forgot to ask him about ground loop. But im very confident he can deal with it.

Not a bad price.

What are the coupons for?

The ground loop isue can sometimes be solved by putting all the room outlets on one sdie of the 220 in the fuse box. Or at least the ones you intend to run the HT with.

They are just in-store coupons but they sell alot of little electronic gadgets for the home.
