I have a Sanyo Z5 HD projector which is cabled with component inputs. I have a VirginV+ cable box which has HDMI output which I need to use to download HD movies. All works fine through the component cables and I can get HD picture. I have bought the HDFury 2 and have hooked and configured the cable box to output to HDMI and the blue LED is lighting up so the signal must be coming out of the HDFury 2 but no picture through the projector. I have sent the first one back to the reseller in the UK and they said it was faulty and sent another one which has firmware 1.5 on the outside. I am in the UK.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why it won't work.

Do you have the power supply? Do you have the side switch on the HDFury2 set to YUV?

yes I do have a power supply. I will doublecheck I have set to YOUV. Also I recehecked and found that the firmware is actually 1.51 and there seem to be some problems with that version and some projectors and that it needs a fix. Is that right?
