When i'm mechanically aligning my projector, everything is fine except the red is too high vertically and there's no way to adjust this. I can pull it down with convergence, but I have to max the settings out just to get it close, and it's still not perfect.

Is there a quick way to adjust this? The manual lacks this information.

TV/Projector: All of them!

There are metal tabs on each yoke that do the raster centering. Use those to move the red down slightly, without moving it left to right. The tabs interact, and on the DWINs, a little movement moves the raster a lot, so be careful.
