Thanks Kiev,I have gone through that manual , it came with the Pj. I just don't want to screw thing up, it has a good image on the screen. I just need to fine tune the unit.
One thing that I notice is that the red grid line moves up and down, when I ramp the focus up and down. Can I just work on the one tube without resetting the other tubes ?

Sound like ait could be in the magnetic alignment. Take a look at the below liked document (helped me out when I got started, and still does). Since this is a new install, the magnetics should be done anyway.

FYI, you should change your thread title. You are making a statement, not asking a question.
Actually, you should set it up on the floor completely first, then put it on the ceiling and tweak. Did you do the complete floor set up?
Lastly, you might want to go ahead and order the set up DVD: http://www.curtpalme.com/SetupDVD.shtm

I may be heading to Edmonton in the next 2 weeks depending on what the outcome is on a set of boards that I sent there yesterday...

Marquee's are unique among all the projectors available in that they have a button on the remote marked HELP. That is where you'll find what you're looking for.
Push that HELP button and choose what you want to do, then simply read the complete and thorough instructions and do what they tell you to do, there is no better setup manual/instruction for the Marquee than the one included in it.

I don't remember any where in that "help button", where it explains how to adjust magnets to stop the red grid lines from moving, when you ramp the focus up and down.

You're right.
Unfortunately, the HELP button cannot provide you with instructions on how to undue a previous owners mistakes...

Sud it sounds like the yoke aligmnent might be off. IT could be a matter of rotating the Convergence coil (Independently of the sweep coil)and also doing the stig and flare. That machine has the optional 2-4-6 pole flare rings and while they are great for fixing triangularity they can also be much harder to set. You actually have to go back and forth between the electronic stig and the manual ring adjustments to really nail it. All the while keeping the raster centered with the focus coild and flare ring. Not to mention the HD-145 lenses are not easy to set Scheimphlug on either.
If you can get Curt's hands inside it that would be a home run. Once you see someone really dial in a a Marquee it's very easy after that.
