If its anything like their DVD players I would avoid like the plague. The DVD from Momitsu was very cheaply constructed and buggy.
How's the Oppo working out?

I have heard that it works well as a BD player. It's up-scaling of std def dvd is just OK and the remote is cheezy as typical of Momitsu. I liked my V880 until the drive broke wind. If you remember it was the original MP-1 modded player although others will take credit, it was my idea, my brainchild.
Some day when I'm outta-a-job and pissed off enough, I'll figure out how to bypass HDCP and install RGBHV outs on a BD player. Assuming I don't get pissed off and go digital first. I have way to many WORKING AmPro's kicking around to do that
