I have a 9500lc on the way and the green and red tubes light up. However, the blue tube does not. What could cause this.

any number of things with P14 overvoltage and a stripped cathode (deead tube) being the prime suspect. Do a search for P14

Also, neck board, bad video cable, bad VIM or CLM.

Best to post when you have the set in front of you, it will be easy to troubleshoot.

I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't have exactly the same problem as the one with the bad blue tube on Videogon Wink

for every 10 9500LC's sold, 8 are bought by people who don't have the slightest clue as to what they have just bitten off. Hopefully they like to chew Laughing
