Looking at BW of stock biplar 2N2905 its almost laughable compared to 2N5109, question is if its plug and play on the Rgb input switcher (Q201 Q301 Q401)

Ile might know exactly what im talking about; Bsx20 to 2N2369A sounds like a ok thing to do given the age of the stock stuff.

No, 2N5109 is NPN and it need to be PNP.

Something like 2n5583 would work.
