I've figured out the exact center of my screen, and I've got the center of the Marquee cross-hatch pattern right on the center of the screen. However, the left side overshoots my screen, and the right side doesn't reach the end of the screen.
Does this mean the pj is not at a perfect right-angle to the screen, or is there something else going on? I've re-initialized the pj so all settings are at neutral (50).

That was one clue that I might have the pj positioned incorrectly. I thought about c-lin, so I tried adjusting it and had to bring it all the way down to zero for it to look even. I'm guessing that's not what's supposed to happen... ?

Well, things start to get a little complicated there. When I centered the raster by moving the focus coils I found that the wear pattern on the green tube (previous owner) was too visible, so I moved the raster (again, via the focus coils) as much as I could to minimize visibility of the wear area. I then adjusted red and blue to match green. So no, the picture on the tube face is not balanced. After I made this adjustment, I saw that my image center wasn't aligned with the screen center so I started moving the pj around (that motorized chief mount is worth its weight in gold) and that's when I noticed the issue with the sides of the image, though I think the issue was there all along.

That doesn't do anything. Phase has no impact on the internal patterns, which is what I'm using to setup the pj (using Bill Blue's guide). And for me it just cuts off my 1080p image otherwise.
