Hi there,
Yesterday I finally made a proper setup of my Ampro 3600. While doing that, I stumbled across "HDTV Mode" which I can enable with 90+Code or so. So what does this option actually do? Does this mean that my Ampro is a 3600HD?

When Ampro came up with the HDTV mode there was only 1080i under consideration. 1080i has a shorter horizontal blanking than the standard projector retrace time so part of the image would be blanked out or wrap around the edges. HDTV mode allows the projector to switch to a short retrace when running in the low 30KHz range. It doesn't do anything when running above 48KHz as the projector is already running with the short blanking time.
