(standard old barco graphics 1208, (not /2 or -s model)
Sometimes the green neckboard snap/crackles and the blacklevel rises a lot, then slowly goes back to normal.
Blacklevel adjustment on neckboard does not seem to work. Otherwise i have a good picture.
What components on the board should i take a look at?

Are you sure it's not tube?
Cathode could have some contamination and it short with snap and crackles. That crap can burn off over time or you can try to make it faster using crt run in cycles from service menu.
