I may have even at some point peeked in their dumpster. And it's not impossible that I might have even found something interesting
and/or useful in there.

Yes, Scott is very accomodating to visitors. And in fact I can't say anything but good about all the people I've met there. They're all
very competent professionals who are easy to deal with while at the same time being properly guarded about information that pertains
to other customers. It seems that they pretty much regard every piece of equipment that's ordered as being a customer-specific
proprietary product. This is very sensible from a business perspective, even if the PJ is a dead stock 9500LC.


I applied for a technician position there. Took the live troubleshooting test, and did very well on it. But they decided not to hire
anyone for the proposed position. That's OK, at least they have my app on file and know that I'm a decent logical troubleshooter.

I'm a radio technician now. I like what I do. But VDC is one of the few companies I might jump to if they wanted me.
