I just watched the trailer for that new Eddie Murphy movie. Looks good. Really liked him in Haunted Mansion. |
A friend and former co worker of mine is a long time vet in the home audio biz. He used to work @ an outfit here in Phila, called Sassafras Audio/Video. A really good place, well the owner was talking to him about some product and he said..."If you want to know the truth... I dont give a damn about any of this s***. It's all boxes to me. I buy this box for x and sell it for y, The boxes could be filled w/ dog crap for all i care, as long as i can sell it!"
I think paramount has a similar attitude.

I get that attitude in the car refinishing business too. A 'certified repair shop' that my insurance co told me to go to.
The owner of the shop, upon my telling him that I had a 1988 Dodge Lan.....he interupted me and said " Oh I don't give a damn what you have I don't know anything about car's. We just fix 'em and bill the insurance co."
Yeah, THAT'S the shop I want working on my rare car 
I understand people that are in a business to make money but at least PRETEND to know something and PRETEND to care.
The insurance agent gave me sh!t for not going to that shop. I told he what her said flat out. She didn't have a smart azzed answer for me then.
