After reading Athanasios response, and then rereading your question, I think I misunderstood. I thought you were asking about the sub-panel feeder breaker in the main panel.

Figured I would give an update on this.
I got the subpanel installed by a contractor, took him about 3 hours to do and he provided all the materials(cept the panel). Figured for 30 bucks an hour it was well worth it and I can just take care of the rest of the wiring that goes to the panel.
Total cost to have the the panel install was $450, including materials. Nice to have 100amp panel down there now even if I won't ever need it. Double suck though is those expensive new breakers that are now code, $34 a breaker is not fun.
