I stretched my marquee horizontal size to Max 100 and the pic is still not filling the whole tube face.
This happens when I input 1080p60 signal. with 1080p50 the picture is wider.
Any ideas how to go around this. I hate using only 75% of my phosphore area....
With my old HTPC running RGBHV, I was able to reach get a pic covering 95% of phosphore area horizontally.

Try the retrace and or the sync settings on the marquee.

k, tried changing retrace and sync with no success.
The problem is that the active are in the image is only filling about 75% of the raster horizentally. So even with raster size width set to 100, the image area is much less on the tube face. Tkx for any input. Tried playing with output timing on my VP but frame rate get affected. IS there a way to play with output timing of the Moome CARD?

Use powerstrip to adjust the porches, you should be able to fill the tube face at 1080p60.

If you dont mind redoing your whole set up this worked for me, do a complete initialization of the set. I know you changed the convergence board. Some times when adding different parts a complete initialization of the set re sets all the variables in the CLM. My theory is that different boards have components that may have varying values of the components, the CLM reads info signals from the different boards to make the appropriate wave forms for each board. Changing a board now alters the previous readings. I noticed this during my upgrades and also swapping out certain boards. Also doing many iterations of a set up in the same memory Block can mess things up, a complete initialization clears all this up and seems to have worked for me.
