I offered to cover shipping, travel, gas and packing. A beer or champagne budget was NOT on the agenda. Smile

I'm going to hold it hostage. The ransom payment is one beer unless you have one extra Marquee 9" LC coupling kicking around. No tube, no c-element just the housing. Razz
Now the beer might sound like the better deal but the catch is, you have to come down here and drink one with us. Thumbs Up

Was a NO SHOW on the agenda? 8-10AM transfere turned into 2:30PM abort. After what seemed like 6 lame excuses we finally packed it in and went to lunch. We sat in a parking lot in Boston for two and a half hours between the last two excuses. Ten bucks and my left nut says the projector is hot and he got cold feet at the thought of getting bagged.

Hot? Who the hell would steal a 909? You don't exactly sneak into somebody's house while they're at work, and stick it in a duffel bag...

Ya but if it were on a loading dock, in a warehouse or stock room it would be easy picking, almost.

Yeah that's one thing I don't worry about....Someone breaking into my house and stealing the projector off the ceiling. Blu-ray collection yes...Projector...no!

I'm home now if the beastie is going to be picked up. I'll be out in the garage doing some cleaning.

That's pretty funny! I might end up passing on this deal if I can't work it out with the seller...

This is starting to sound like 90% of my Craigslist purchases, or rather attempted purchases.

You know BC is so far away from Boston, I'll volunteer to let you 'store' it at my place for as long as you want Mr. Green
