I last used my pj on the weekend after Thanksgiving, and it was working fine w/ the DVD player and w/ the LG3200a receiver.
I just tried to watch a movie tonight, sounded like everything was kicking on, but no picture. Changed to LG, still no picture. Switched between the different inputs (1 thru 5), nothing. Pushed the adj button hoping to bring up the internal menu, but nothing. Even tried using the internal remote, but made no difference.
I dropped the cover and the tray, all green lights on boards as far as I can see - on the tray the lights for stby, master pwr, and block match were all on, and the process cycle light was flashing. The necks of the tubes are glowing orange, but absolutely no light from any of the tubes. Tried pushing all boards in, but nothing seemed loose.
Only thing I did see was some minor spider webs, but nothing big.

Any ideas on what to try next?

Thanks,
Van

CHeck to see if the red light is on on the EHT board. See the tech tips section on the main site for the location of that board.

Thanks Curt!
Found location per your directions, and I can see the red light thru the rear grate. Looks like 2 screws holding cover in place - didn't try to take it off tonight. Since I can see the light, that must be the problem. Is there a test, or just replace?
Is it normal for it to go out in the manner it did, or is there usually some sort of warning that I missed?

Do I need to remove it & send it in to be repaired, or just buy one?
Would you e-mail or pm me w/ $ , avail, and how to proceed?

Regards,
Van
