I am thinking of $88 for a GREEN C-element. I am quite sure that there are a few people here that would jump at a green C for that price. The rest will end up in the junk pile.

What is this from? If it's from a G70 then you can only use it ina G70 or an NEC LC PJ they do not use the HD10 C-elements.

Doesn't look like it's from a G70, I'd guess a 9" Barco

It is from a Barco 1209 so yes it is a 9" C-element.

Just to clear things up, I think, the c element is not for sale but just the LC housing and tube Question

This post was not a sales pitch.

I was just showing what could be bought if you looked OUTSIDE the box. This was listed and sold as just a bad worn out tube for a spare. The real value was the green C-element. That is what I bought and wanted. If someone else wants any of the rest just let me know. I will be putting the rest in my junk heap.

I done a real fast rough convergence and man does it look sweet. I was using gels fitted inside the lenses before. Now the colors look way more uniform and life like. When I get it dialed back in it is going to look fantastic. Thumbs Up

BTW, do save that LC housing. I don't need it right now, but it's pretty easy to cut the worn tube out. Pitch the tube (or save it if you ever need to send a dud to VDC), and that 1209s housing is rare right now.
