hi mine seemed to learn ok but after learning all my remotes the backlighting became inoperative, so on pg 3 of setup i "cleared" everything but this did not work so i "reset" (using button through battery door) and still no backlight, the side button seerms ok as it still allows contrast changing ??-----by the way what's the warranty on these ??---refering to "boston" remote from techtoys

Hi tryposting this in the: " FAQ: Pronto TSU-501 / Boston A7RC remote - Only $59 shipped! " thread at the top of the page.

It's the official thread for the TechToys remote.

No, no need to move it. Just make another post in the official thread

OR better yet just change your title of this one. Add the remotes model number.

It would get you a quicker response. That's all I was thinking. I didn't mean to imply you were posting in the wrong area. We really don't care about that here Very Happy

For the quickest response you could try PM'ing Tech Toys directly.
