Gday people, ive got a Toshiba A200 laptop here that aint goin.

This probably isnt the spot for it, but i have read in this section a few times, and some of you are exceptionaly computer smart.

This rig doesnt belong to me, however i got the job to repair it for the owner. The cause of the fault is very obvious, a small jug of orange juice was spilt into the top, which has caused some severe corrosion on the mainboard. I tried cleaning the corrosion off, but it made no change.

What i want to know is can a new mainboard be had for these Toshiba laptops? The rest of it looks to be perfectly fine and untouched by liquid damage.

Thanks in advance people Smile
