Yeah
That is another big plus, the screen does not have to be perfectly flat, so that is something that is not a issue. Other screens you just have to deal with a screen that is not perfectly flat or you have to pay extra for tab tension.

John,
I recieved a sample piece of HP material today. When I tested it I saw significant color shift from side to side, can you comment on how much percieved color shift you see with your screen. I'm hoping that the small sample size may be exaggerating the effect and it won't be as bad with a full screen.

My screen is 96" wide and seating is ~6' wide 12' back.

There definitely will be colorshift from one end of the screen to the other. It's just the nature of retro-reflective screens and crt's. However, when watching anything but an all white screen, it's not a big deal for me. It is there, but the trade-off is more than worth it.
I'll try to take a picture of an all white screen with the high power. I think everyone has a different tolerance level to different image imperfections.
