I bought it too.

see this (from the Casiono Royale BD... may not apply to the classic 007)...

Yes it does but be careful not to throw it away like I did if you buy it. The movie money is on the back of a sticker on the wrapper in the form of a code.

MOVIE TICKETS ON STICKER ON PLASTIC WRAPPER OF BD BOX! It's (an e-mail code) on the reverse of the sticker that says 'E-Movie Cash Certificate Towards Quantum of Solace'. (pays up to $10.50 per sticker)
Thank you 'sylar'! After reading your post, I looked in the trash and found two stickers which plainly say 'details on back'.
Those tickets cut the price of the discs in half. (you saved me $63) I OWE YOU! Thanks

The movie cash is on the blu rays and also DVDs of classic bond that have just been re-issued.

Some people have a hard time with the sticker but on the box sets the sticker is on the shrink wrap so you just take off the shrink wrap, turn it over and read the code on the other side.

(You put that code in some website and they give you the movie cash... it's pretty easy and it works at most theaters.)

James Bond Blu-rays to offer free Quantum tickets

When the first movies from the James Bond back catalogue are released on Blu-ray this autumn, they’ll come with a secret ingredient: free tickets to see Bond 22, aka Quantum Of Solace. The first two box sets, which comprise hi-def versions of Dr. No, Die Another Day, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only, From Russia With Love and Thunderball, will tempt American buyers with two movie vouchers. A single ticket will be included with the individual movie releases.

The discs street in the US on October 21. Only the first wave will have the vouchers.

Dilemma... my son wanted to go see Quantum of Solace this weekend. Now I'll probably want to wait for the free tickets. So I guess we'll go see my younger son's pick: Madagascar 2.

FYI:

The Bond movies on Blu-ray are also currently available for only $11/each, or 64% off. It's a one-day only sale.

I wasn't going to get these buy damned, that's tempting. At $11/each that's a joke!

No fair... I ordered within 5 minutes of you and mine didn't arrive today. But I did get the shipment notification. Doesn't really matter... I'm giving them to my oldest son for Christmas.

Don't seem right, I agree.

Amazon is using A-1 Courier Services which the last time I purchased something and they were used as the delivery company, things did not go very well.

Well, I have a few of these on BD and I can tell you that they all are better than QOS. Wow, that movie blows and I was so looking forward to it. Casino Royale was an awesome movie but QOS is just not even in the same ballpark. Just when I was enjoying Daniel Craig as Bond they go and make this piece of garbage. Oh well, not his fault and of course "James Bond Will Return" so let's hope the next one returns to what worked so well in Casino Royale.

This reminds me...I need to change my avatar now... Sad

Hey,

I'm down with QoS not being the best Bond ever... that's why I'm glad I'll be seeing it for free (sort of.)

I bet it will be fun and that's all that really matters.

Perhaps I was a bit harsh and it is "fun" in some regards. I guess I just really had high hopes after Casino Royale.

I watched Dr. No last night. WOW!!!! Had not seen the movie in like 40 years! Man, how technology has changed. At first, I thought this is corny. But within a few minutes, I was into it; full bore!

Ursula Andress! Uh-la-la!! HOTTIE fo-sho!

I thought it was a great movie; good transfer and good sound.

Funny how the fight scenes are like 3-4 punches and that's it. Laughing

Going for another movie (if not 2) tonight.
