Now there's a useful idea! 
How about the Club Members forum? You can pretty much do anything in there since search engines can't get into it and non-members won't be able to see what you do....

Does not the campaigning start as soon as a president is elected? Does not matter who the president is, they start tearing him down as soon as he takes the oath.
I got sick of the late night shows, they are no longer funny, along with no interesting content to speak of, the stand up portion is just another political bash session. They are competing against old Seinfeld reruns and losing.

Straying back ON topic, I too get frustrated with the off-topic posts - political and otherwise. Afterall, you have to enter the topic specific forum from the front menu, where you can see ALL the forums and their topics. I have heard the argument "Well, I understand this is off topic, but I thought it was important and wanted to make sure more people read it". I call BS on that. It's simply a matter of courtesy and self-control to post off-topic posts in the off-topic forum.
And to be honest, IMHO, our fearless leader is as guilty of starting off-topic threads as anyone else - just an observation.
So I have learned to skip over the titles that don't interest me and click the "Mark all threads read" button just before I leave and be happy.
Thanks for the opportunity to vent, however!!

Ok I just dropped my club membership after two years and bookmarked the CRT forum instead. As a club member I had to log off just to view one forum easily at a time but now all is right with the world. All I see is the CRT forum and a whole lot of digital and even political ads....

The ads pay to keep the forum running and part of the hosting. For the amount of work I did to get this forum set up, I made about $1/hour.
Tom, if you don't like the ads you're welcome to start up your own forum and pay for the hosting and work yourself.
