Hi,

I am running a Sony G90 with an internal Moome HDMI card, all images are being processed via a Radiance XD, I am using both HDMI outputs on the Radiance, one to the G90 and one to a Arcam Movie Solo.

The Radiance is telling me that the HDCP is switched off on the connection to the G90, if I unplug the Arcam from the Radiance I loose the picture on the G90, I have tried connecting a Xbox with HDMI out to the G90 and can not get a picture.

As long as I have another source connected to the radiance I can get an image on the G90, but it is in RGB, I get a purple screen if I change it to 444 or 422.

I think the Moome card is not handshaking with any picture source.

This problem has only just happened, I had a problem with the HDCP handshake less than a year ago and sent the card back for repair, now it seems to have gone again.

Can anyone give me any advice?

Tyke, the most problem on old version IFB card is HDMI connector, if connector is bad,
you will not able to get HDCP handshake, can you chack any damage on the hdmi connector,
or you can send me a image of hdmi connector's back side. so we can check in on line~

Moome, thanks for the quick response.

I have attaches photos as requested, please let me know what you think is the problem, as I previously stated, you had this card back for repair less than a year ago.

Are there any other tests I can do to identify the problem?

Darren

you can check how many LED light up on the card, when you select the card, the red LED should up, and when press remote the yellow led should blinking, and when receive the hdmi signal, green led should keep on, if not, the major problem will be connector~
