just tried to hookup macmini via dvi out->dvi/hdmi adapter->straightwire hdmi cable->monoprice 5-port switch->belden hdmi/dvi cable->hdfury->rgbhv input2 on marquee8000.
no blue led on the fury when macmini selected through switch.
no problem when macmini bypasses switch though.
also have bluray/hddvd/hdtv going through switch with no issues at all.
switching between sources is almost instantaneous wrt to picture appearing with no handshake issues for bluray/hddvd/hdtv.
also tried different ports on switch for macmini but still nothing.
any ideas ?
