Hi,
on my NEC XG1100, whilst watching a movie I noticed this faint strip of brightness on a scene that had faded to black for a few seconds. I looked through the lenses and saw this:

I've turned the brightness up for photographing, but it's there all the time, in all three tubes though most apparent on the green.
I'm wondering if it's coming from my HTPC, Powerstrip perhaps? Or from the pj itself? (It's just occurred to me I should try running an internal test pattern - though even if it disappeared that still wouldn't rule out the pj)

I would try the internal test patterns first and then if it's still there you can move on to ruling out sources or cable issues. It looks almost like the raster is folding back over on itself.

Yes, I think so if it is feed with high resolution signal in 1080P.
