I have a customer that called me yesterday who has a 9 year old Vision 1 with a Vidikron/Faroudja scaler. He's complaining about lines in the picture after it's been on for a while. He had a local a/v installation company look at it, and they suspect the Faroudja scaler.

I need someone that can either do a full service call and possibly supply a new scaler if the Faroudja is bad, or someone less technical that can at least do some diagnostics to narrow down where the problem is. I can assist via phone or email if needed.

Or, I'll just turn the customer over for whomever to deal with. I didn't sell this gear..
