Who bought all the marquee 9inch tubes on EBay?

The same guy won all six auctions, the whole lot, it was a total of six tubes for like $1720 ! An absolute bargain if they all have good emissions (some had minor burn-in but easily an 8 minimum I would say). Must have a blend surely to buy the whole lot so maybe someone here?!

Item 220254178835 will get yu to one of the tubes.

Me too, I set my max bids at either 250 or 200 depending on the tube. Oh well an 8 inch blend for now, a set of niners will come up again. I got a minty set of 8 inch LC's fully equipped with uper and lower plates and a set of HD10fs for great price from an ebay seller niktec i think?

fireanimal, the buyer was likely using ebay's bid assitant and you didn't exceed his maximum bid.

No I did exceed it, I bidded with 10 secs left and was the highest bidder with 3 secs left after my bid was placed, and he still was able to rebid.

With bid assistant, you set a maximim price you are prepared to pay. Then the software does the sniping for you, and it is fast.

I like it even better when someone starts sniping, runs out of time, and misses the deal by pennies!

Happened to me on a brand new Draper masking system on ebay a month again. My $202 4:3 system is now a 16:9 54x96" masking system. Smile

I never made it home in time for the auction's end, and only had my initial "marker" bid on it.

seems like they went for anywhere between $177. and $385. each. Not too bad but it's still kinda high if you consider the fact that we can't buy F-in NEW BELLOWS right now anywhere on planet Earth. Sad

Draganm, what shape are the bellows? I told that company they were rectangular but then i read somewhere some one used an inner tube for a temp repair.

the bellows have a square-ish flange on one end with 28 holes for mounting to tube housing. they transition to round on the other end with a round flange (no holes) that glues to the c-element.
