My PG6x starts to spin up then immediately clicks back into standby. Error code FC alternates with 00. This happens multiple times. I looked in the error code guide and FC is not listed. Any suggestions?

You're NEC spins? Kind of like in the Exorcist? Twisted Evil (FYI that's the twisted evil smiley) Sorry I couldn't resist.

Hopefully Doug B or Curt or Mark W will pop in to help.

FC is +15v down which means either you lost the +15v supply or something is drawing that line down.

Mac is right. Try searching in the CRT forum of the A site (including archives) for "fc and 00" and you'll see several discussions about similar problems.
