Thats the problem with good ribs. I dont know when to stop. Then I'm suffering later. Of course there could be leftovers for a late snack.

Meh.
I bought a bottle last week and finally tried it tonight on roasted pork. Maybe my expectations were too high, but it was just another bland, sugary sauce a la Hunt's or Heinz. The primary ingredient of "High fructose corn syrup" should've been my first warning. I'm more of a spicy/vinegar-based fan.

There's a place near(ish) that has a Rib Sampler... half a pound or so of every style they sell. You go in and order The Wall Of Meat and they know just what you are taking about!

Davis Square, Somerville (a suburb just barely north of Boston) Place is called RedBones.
Good meat, good brew... and, yes, they really do server hushpuppies and fried okra.
